chicken fillet – 300 g;
- pumpkin – 80 g;

- garlic – 2 cloves;
- white bread – 50 g;
- butter – 30 ml;
- salt, pepper.
How to cook
Cut the white bread and pour water or milk over it. Leave for 10 minutes. In the meantime, you can prepare the minced meat.
Any meat will do for the minced meat, but for now we are making it with chicken fillet according to this recipe. To make the cutlets not dry, add a little lard. But this is optional. Add garlic, onion, salt, pepper, pumpkin to the minced meat. Just pass everything through a meat grinder together.
To make the minced meat more tender, beat it off. Gather it in your hand and throw it back into the bowl. You need to do this about 8-10 times. Pay attention to the consistency. The pumpkin could release a little more juice than necessary. In this case, add a little breadcrumbs to the minced meat. They will absorb moisture.
Fry the cutlets over moderate heat in oil. A golden crust is a sign of readiness. Enjoy!
