How to make a festive honey cake with nuts

A festive honey cake with nuts is easy to prepare and will become a real sweet hit on your table. And most importantly, its multi-layered texture and honey aroma will not leave anyone indifferent. Plan such a cake on your menu, you will be 100% happy.
Ingredients:
- flour – 400 g;
- honey – 3 tbsp. l.;
- sugar – 150 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- butter – 100 g;
- soda – 1 tsp.;
- sour cream (20%) – 500 g;
- powdered sugar – 100 g;
- walnuts (crushed) – 150 g.
Honey, sugar and butter are melted in a water bath, eggs, soda are added and mixed thoroughly. Then flour is introduced and soft dough is kneaded. It is divided into several parts and rolled out in thin layers. The cakes are baked in the oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes each.
For the cream, sour cream is whipped with powdered sugar. The cooled cakes are smeared with cream and sprinkled with chopped nuts. It is better to leave the honey cake in the refrigerator for a few hours so that it becomes tender and juicy.
