How to make a leafy salad with chicken and mushrooms: a great recipe
The beauty of leafy salads is that they are great for a festive table, and can give a pleasant atmosphere to an ordinary weekday. The combination of chicken and mushrooms is classic, so everyone should like this salad.
What products do we need to prepare for the recipe:
- 300 grams of boiled chicken meat (preferably fillet) ;
- 200 grams of mushrooms (boiled or canned);
- 4 chicken eggs;
- grated cheese to taste;
- mayonnaise for soaking layers.
How to cook:
if you boil the mushrooms and fillet in advance, it is even easier to prepare the salad. It is best to cook the chicken in salted water, and then use the broth to prepare healthy dietary soups.
Cold-boil the chicken eggs, let them boil for 10 minutes.
Put them in cold water, and then clean.
All ingredients should be cut smaller. We start laying out our salad. The first layer is chicken. Then a layer of mayonnaise mesh.
Then eggs and mushrooms follow in sequence. Each of the layers is “covered” with mayonnaise.
We decorate the top with grated cheese and let it infuse so that the salad becomes as juicy and tender as possible.
