Ingredients
The following products are needed to prepare the salad:
- chicken fillet – 200 g;
- beans – 70 g;
- cucumber – 100 g ;
- olive oil – 1 tsp;
- salt.
How to cook
Chicken fillet can be boiled or baked with spices. Refrigerate for salad. Beans should be either boiled or canned. The liquid from it in the salad is unnecessary.
Cut the fillet and fresh cucumber. Add the beans. Season it simply with oil, salt and ground black pepper. The protein salad is ready. Delicious!
