How to make a quick quiche with ham and broccoli

A delicious quiche is a great way to feed not only the whole family, but also guests. It is an open pie of the jellied type, where the filling makes up the bulk, not the dough. And you can cook it quite quickly if you use ready-made puff pastry.

Ingredients

You will need the following products for cooking:

  • puff pastry – 300 g;
  • ham – 200 g;
  • cheese – 150 g;
  • broccoli – 200 g;
  • chicken eggs – pcs.;
  • milk – 1 tbsp.;
  • salt – 0.5 tsp.;
  • mustard – 0.5 tsp.;
  • ground pepper – 0.5 tsp.

How prepare

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. The dough must be defrosted, rolled out and placed in a mold. Now you can proceed to preparing the filling.

Any cheese will be suitable for the dish, but it must be tasty. You can use mozzarella, cheddar, gouda, maasdam. Mix one type or several – any option will be delicious. Cut the ham, boil the broccoli.

Put the broccoli, ham and cheese on the dough in the mold. Now you need to make the filling. To do this, beat the eggs and milk with spices, mustard. Pour the quiche.

You need to bake for 35 to 45 minutes. You can check the readiness with a knife. If it is inserted and pulled out dry, you can remove it from the oven. The quiche is tasted when it has cooled for at least 10-15 minutes. Delicious!
