How to make a quick spring salad: simple and healthy recipes
Spring has come, and with it – a shortage of vitamins, which, of course, must be replenished. It is best to do this by introducing a variety of salads to your diet. The price of many vegetables is still biting, and this salad is quite budget-friendly, especially since the ingredients can be varied every time.

The basis for any option is sour milk cheese of any fat content. Dressing – sour cream or oil (your choice).
- Add salt, green onion, dill to 180 g of cheese. Season it – and the salad is ready.
- Add a hard-boiled egg and greens to the cheese. Any dressing.
- Add fish (boiled, fried, canned), greens to the cheese. Seasoning.
- You can add a lot of different greens (onions, dill, parsley, lettuce, etc.) to the cheese.
