How to make a salad with strawberries, arugula and chicken fillet

Usually strawberries are used for jams, compotes, frozen pureed with sugar or whole, and, of course, eaten fresh. Therefore, it is difficult to imagine that you can make a completely satisfying and original salad with strawberries, and with meat and greens. Be sure to save the recipe.

To prepare you will need:

  • chicken fillet – 500 g;
  • arugula – a bunch;
  • fresh strawberries – 400 g;
  • balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

How to cook

The chicken fillet should be rubbed with a mixture of salt and black pepper, and then fried in a heated frying pan with oil.

The meat is fried over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side.

Then the breast is placed on a plate and left to cool.

Meanwhile, cut the strawberries into quarters, if the berries are large, you can cut them smaller.

Arugula leaves can be chopped, lightly sprinkled with balsamic vinegar, and crushed.

Cut the cold chicken fillet into small cubes and mix the chicken, arugula, and strawberries together.

You can cool the salad a little before serving.
