How to make a “smoothie that invigorates”

Smoothie (from the English smooth – “homogeneous”) – thick a drink based on fruits, berries, vegetables and greens, whipped in a blender with mineral water, juice, milk, yogurt with the addition of spices, nuts, dried fruits and seeds.

INGREDIENTS

  • black coffee 200 ml
  • chocolate 20 g
  • coconut milk 50 g
  • < li>1 banana

  • 1 tbsp. l of honey

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Brew the coffee in any usual way, let it cool.

Step 2

Break the chocolate into pieces, place in a small bowl and melt in a water bath or microwave oven. Let cool.

Step 3

Pour coconut milk into a blender bowl and blend well for 1 minute.

Step 4

Peel the bananas , cut into pieces. Put in a blender bowl, add honey, coffee, chocolate, cocoa and beat again.

Step 5

Pour the smoothie into a glass container, sprinkle with coconut flakes and a few coffee beans and serve.< /p>
