How to make a snack carrot roll with cream cheese

Ingredients:
600 g carrots
5 eggs
250 g cream cheese of your choice
salt, pepper to taste
bunch of dill
butter
Preparation:⠀
Grate the raw carrots on a fine grater, fry in oil and butter, adding salt and pepper. Leave to cool to room temperature.

Meanwhile, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until stiff. Add the yolks to the carrots. Add the carrots to the egg whites and mix from the bottom up.

Put the mixture on parchment greased with oil and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes. After that, cool, transfer to cling film, grease with cream cheese with finely chopped dill.
Roll into a roll, wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for several hours. After that, you can cut and serve. Delicious!
