How to make a spectacular cherry sauce for meat: frozen berries are suitable

How to make a spectacular sauce for chicken or frozen cherry sauce:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of berries;
- about 200 ml of wine (it is better to take semi-sweet red);
- 1 tsp. butter and starch
- 1 tbsp. sugar;
- water 1-2 tbsp. l.

Preparing the sauce:
First you need to put a container with wine on the stove. The drink should be heated, but do not allow it to boil. In the meantime, mix the starch with water until smooth.
After that, carefully add it to the wine composition. Again, make sure that the base of the sauce does not boil.
Introduce the berries with sugar. Stir and wait four minutes. We introduce oil. Stir and cook for another five minutes.
The longer you cook the sauce, the thicker its texture will be. If the berries haven't had time to boil completely, use a blender.
