How to make a “whole mountain” of pies in 10 minutes

Many housewives try to bake their own pastries, as purchased products do not always have excellent quality and good taste. In addition, this will allow you to save significantly. Not everyone likes to mess with pies, because this is a long process that requires culinary skill. In this case, you should try an incredibly simple and budget-friendly recipe that many will like.
What products do we need to prepare?
- 400 ml of kefir with any percentage of fat content;
- a tablespoon of water;
- 1.5 cups of flour;
- 2 fresh eggs and 4 boiled ones;
- a teaspoon each of salt and sugar;
- a bunch of green onions;
- half a teaspoon of soda;
- 2 tablespoons of oil;
- any herbs of your choice.
How to cook
Kefir should be mixed with water and poured into a saucepan. It is important to heat the liquid without bringing it to a boil. Then, in a separate large container, combine fresh eggs with salt and sugar, and whisk until smooth.
Combine with kefir and mix again.
Start adding flour in neat portions. It must be sifted first.
The dough should not be stiff or dense: focus on the consistency of the pancakes.
All that remains is to add soda and oil.
Chop the greens, onions, and eggs with a knife and add to the other ingredients. Mix well again and start frying.
Cook the patties in a well-heated frying pan with a small amount of oil.
As soon as the dish becomes golden, it is ready.
