How to make a whole “mountain” of pies in just 20 minutes

In less than half an hour, you can cook a whole mountain of delicious pies, even with filling.

The dough for them is prepared yeast-free, on kefir and it will take no more than 5 minutes to knead it, it will turn out soft with a nice crispy crust. Be sure to save the recipe.
To prepare, you will need:
- flour – 500 g;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- kefir – 400 ml;
- soda – 0.5 tsp;
- salt – 0.5 tsp.
How to cook
First, sift the flour and mix it with salt and soda, then add kefir and oil, mix and knead the dough, which should stand for 10 minutes.
Form patties from it, fill with any filling if desired – and that's it.
If you want it as quickly as possible – put the blanks on a baking sheet and send them to the oven. But you can also fry the patties in a pan.
