How to make an Anthill cake

An incredibly delicious cake that will take you back to the taste of childhood. Prepare according to our recipe and enjoy.

Ingredients for the dough:
400 g flour
135 g butter
80 g sugar
100 g sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream:
300 g of boiled condensed milk
150 g of butter
100 g of walnuts or to your taste

Preparation:
Rub the soft butter with sugar, add the egg and sour cream and mix thoroughly. Pour in the flour with baking powder and knead the soft dough. Divide it into 5 parts and put in the freezer for 1 hour.

Then grate and evenly distribute on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30 minutes.

For the cream, beat the soft butter with condensed milk. Then crush the cookies into crumbs, add nuts, cream and mix. Form cakes. You can decorate them with chocolate and nuts. Delicious!
