How to make an incredibly delicious pumpkin souffle

Ingredients:

500 g pumpkin
100 ml water
1 orange with zest
50 g white chocolate
30 g gelatin
40 g honey
120 ml water

Preparation:
Pour gelatin with water and leave for 15 minutes. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes, bake for 40 minutes until cooked. Then beat with a blender, add honey, water (if the puree is thick), orange zest, white chocolate. Heat over heat, without bringing to a boil.

Remove from heat, add gelatin, stir until gelatin dissolves and leave for half an hour to cool. Then, beat the puree with a mixer for 15 minutes. Cover the mold with cling film, pour the whipped mousse, smooth it out, cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight. Then slice and enjoy. Enjoy!
