How to make apricot mousse in 15 minutes
Canned apricots are good for preparing a simple dessert. Mousse has a significant advantage. It does not need to be baked or cooked for a long time. The main thing is that it is always successful.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- any yogurt – 200 g;
- canned apricots – 200 g;
- milk – 150 ml;
- kiwi — 1 pc.;
- corn flakes — 50 g.
How to prepare dessert
Apricots, yogurt should be whipped in a blender together with cooled milk. Remove the skin from the kiwi and cut into slices.
Now it is time to serve. Pour the mousse into the cream cups. Sprinkle with cereal. If there are none, then muesli can be taken. Decorate the kiwi. You can put apricots. Delicious!
