How to make autumn tea “Vitamin”

If you want to drink not only aromatic but also healthy tea with lots of vitamins in the fall, then try this drink. Pumpkin base with ginger and three other ingredients creates an incredible composition.

Details

To prepare 2-3 servings, take 300 ml of pumpkin juice with pulp, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 20 g ginger, 10 g cinnamon, 10 g orange zest.

Mix all ingredients and add 200 ml of hot water, but not boiling water.

Heat the tea and enjoy an autumn portion of vitamins.

The tea turns out fragrant, rich, but not sweet, so it is worth adding honey before consumption. And for those who like spicy flavors, we recommend adding a pinch of pepper.
