Homemade pastries will never be inferior with its taste qualities, so on a day off, when both children and adults are more or less free, prepare this delicacy together for tea.
Ingredients:
- Milk – 150 ml
- Yeast – 8 g
- Sugar – 3 tbsp. l.
- Vanilla sugar – 1 p.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Butter – 50 g
- Salt – a pinch< /li>
- Oil – 1 tbsp. l.
- Flour – 450-500 g
- Jam (any, thick) – 250 g
Start yeast in warm milk, add sugar and leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Add vanilla sugar, salt, eggs, melted butter, oil. Gradually add the flour and knead a soft dough. Let it rest for half an hour, and then roll out the cake, cut it into 12 segments. Put 1 tsp on the edge of each. jam and wrap with a roll.
Bake on a baking sheet covered with parchment in an oven heated to 180 degrees until golden. If desired, sprinkle the finished bagels with powdered sugar.
