How to make banana and chocolate pancakes

Banana and chocolate combine to make the perfect dessert if you wrap it in a pancake. Such a sweet roll can be served both on a festive table and for everyday tea drinking.

Prepare thin pancakes in your usual way. It is not necessary for the dough to be sweet, since the filling is quite rich.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, brush the pancake with a silicone brush so that the chocolate is all over the surface.

Place a banana on top of the chocolate layer, it is advisable to choose small fruits, and if you have large bananas, cut them in half.

Roll each pancake into a roll, decoratively pour chocolate on top. If it thickens while you are spreading it, play it again.
