How to make banana pancakes without eggs
0
Have you ever wanted pancakes, but there are no eggs in the fridge? Don't worry! Bananas will be a great substitute, adding a light sweet aroma and delicate texture to the pancakes.
Ingredients:
- flour – 200 g;
- milk (or plant-based milk) – 300 ml;
- banana – 1 large or 2 small;
- sugar – 2 tbsp. l.;
- soda – 0.5 tsp.;
- oil for frying.
In a blender, mix the banana with milk until smooth. Add sugar and soda, mix thoroughly. Sift the flour and gradually add it to the banana mixture, whisking to avoid lumps.
Heat the pan, lightly grease it with oil and pour a thin layer of dough. Fry the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
The finished pancakes can be served with fresh fruit, honey or nut paste. They turn out tender, fragrant and are great for a light breakfast or dessert.
