Only two ingredients are needed – flour and beer. The amount depends on the volume of products that are planned to be fried in batter.
Mix the flour and beer in such proportions that the result is like liquid sour cream.
You should not add eggs to the batter. Salt and pepper as desired. It is recommended to season the product itself that is planned to be fried.
