How to make beetroot and orange salad

Fortunately, for many people, beets are not only for borscht and vinaigrette. No, we will not teach you how to make a croissant, because Klopotenko has already done that. Instead, we will share a recipe for a delicious and healthy salad.
Ingredients:
- beetroot (baked or boiled) – 2 pcs.;
- oranges – 2 pcs.;
- feta or brynza – 100 g;
- arugula or other greens – 50 g;
- olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
- salt, pepper – to taste.
Bake the beetroot in foil to preserve its rich flavor. Cool and cut into thin slices. Peel the oranges from the peel and membranes, cut into pieces. In a large bowl, mix the arugula, beetroot and oranges.
Add the crumbled feta, a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly but delicately.
The salad gives a touch of freshness thanks to its citrus aroma. It can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish to fish or meat.
