How to make bruschetta with radish

A great idea for breakfast – quick, tasty, light, healthy bruschetta. Plus, it looks very beautiful.

What you need for 4 servings

  • 10 large radishes;
  • 4 large slices of black bread with seeds;
  • 100 g of butter;
  • 1 small cucumber;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 small bunch of green onions;
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
  • black salt for serving.

What to do

  1. Bring the oil to room temperature. Crush the garlic with finely chopped green onions in a mortar. Add salt, mix with soft butter;
  2. Fry the bread in a dry frying pan on one side until golden brown, cool. Grease the bread with a generous layer of seasoned oil;
  3. Cut the radish and cucumber into very thin slices, mix, pour over lemon juice, leave for 5 minutes;
  4. Place the vegetables on the bread with butter, season with black salt and serve.
