You need the following set of products:
- fermented milk cheese – 600 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- flour – 6 tablespoons;
- semolina – 2 tablespoons;
- sugar – 4 tablespoons;
- carrot – 2 pcs.;
- water – 40 ml;
- oil, butter, salt.
Fry grated carrots in butter. When slightly fried, pour water and continue to stew. It takes three minutes. Pour in the semolina, mix thoroughly and after 2 minutes, remove from the stove.
Knead the sour milk cheese in a bowl, beat the eggs, and then continue to mix and add sugar, salt, semolina with carrots. You still need 3 tbsp. flour.
Form cheesecakes, bread in flour and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. Now the breakfast will definitely be complete and successful. Delicious!
