Cheese sauce is a real pleasure with french fries or fried chicken, with vegetables or pasta. It doesn't taste as good without it. If you don't want the store-bought format, then prepare the natural and most delicious cheese sauce. This requires only 4 ingredients.
Ingredients
The following products are required for cooking:
- Cheese “Cheddar” – 200 g;
- Butter – 80 g;
- Flour – 2 tbsp.;
- Milk – 200 ml.
How to cook
We start the process by melting the butter. This is done in a frying pan. When it melts, pour in the flour. Start mixing thoroughly. The point is that the flour needs to be fried. If this is not done, the flour taste will remain.
So, when the mixture of butter and flour is homogeneous, then add milk. Continue to stir so that no lumps form.
Gradually add the cheese to the sauce and stir until it melts. When it is all used up, continue to cook until thickened. The sauce should become smooth. Enjoy!
