How to make cheesecakes with mashed potatoes

Only at first glance it may seem that potato cheesecakes are a hassle and a hassle, which makes the dish unsuitable for breakfast. In fact, there is nothing simpler, because yesterday's mashed potatoes are suitable as a base. True, you will have to prepare the sauce, but it won't take long.
To prepare, you will need:
- 200 g of cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 200 g of mashed potatoes;
- 30 g of flour;
- 0.5 tsp. salt;
- fresh herbs.
How to cook
If you don't have mashed potatoes, boil the potatoes and make the most ordinary mashed potatoes.
Take a separate bowl and mix the cheese and eggs in it.
When ready, mix the mashed potatoes and egg-curd mass together until smooth.
Finally, finely chop the dill and add to the potatoes, then salt, pepper and spices.
Mix, form cheesecakes, bread them in flour, heat a frying pan with oil and start frying under a closed lid.
Serve with sour cream, garlic or mushroom sauce.
