How to make chocolate at home

Making chocolate is much easier than it seems. We'll tell you how to provide yourself with a delicious and attractive dessert.

We'll warn you right away that the ingredients for it will not be cheap, but they can be found in pastry shops or online services. The search results are worth it – you will get a bar of dark Corsi chocolate with a rich taste.

Ingredients:

  • a glass of grated cocoa (not to be confused with powder);
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa butter;
  • half a glass of powdered sugar;
  • a tablespoon of butter;
  • additives to taste (berries, cookie pieces, etc.).

Preparation:

Mix both types of oil in one container and melt them in a water bath to a temperature of 20-30 degrees. Then gradually add sugar to them and grated cocoa, stirring constantly. For convenience, use a silicone spatula – it fits snugly to the container and allows you to quickly break up lumps.

Pour your favorite toppings into a silicone mold, pour the chocolate mixture into it, and put everything in the refrigerator. Wait for it to harden completely – this may take several hours. Then enjoy the deliciousness.
