How to make chocolate-flavored plum jam

It's hard to believe at first, but the taste of non-classic jam made of plums without pits, especially chocolate. And it is as easy to prepare as ordinary jam. You can enjoy it immediately or prepare it for the winter. Everyone will enjoy it with baking, desserts or just with tea!

You only need 3 ingredients for preparation:
- Plums – 2.5 kg< /li>
- Sugar – 1500 g
- Dark chocolate – 250 g
Choose plums that are not overripe, firm and elastic. Rinse them thoroughly under running water. Cut and remove the stones from the plums.
Sprinkle them with sugar and leave for 2-3 hours so that the plums release their juice. Next, with the lid open, bring the plums to a boil, then cook for another 5 minutes.
Be sure to remove the foam during cooking. Leave to cool for 2 hours.
Then you need to repeat the process: bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes, remove the foam and the jam itself from the heat, leave to cool again for 2 hours.
And for the third time, bring the jam to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, turn it off and add the dark chocolate, before breaking it into squares, mix thoroughly so that the chocolate mass dissolves.
Lay the finished jam into clean jars and screw them with metal lids . Store in a cool place until tasting.
Taste it in winter!
