Ingredients:
For the pumpkin dough:
100 g of baked pumpkin
60 g of oil
1 egg
75 g of sugar
lemon or orange zest
115 g of flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. semolina
Chocolate dough:
70 g of butter
120 g of sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
2 eggs
50 g of sour cream
125 g of flour
30 g of cocoa
1 tsp. l baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Preparation:
Mix the baked pumpkin with oil using a blender. Beat the egg with sugar and combine with the pumpkin and oil mixture. Pour in all the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until smooth.
Put this pumpkin dough into a muffin tin. In the meantime, beat the soft butter with the sugar, add one egg at a time, whisking constantly, and then sour cream.
Mix all the dry ingredients, add to the egg mixture and knead the dough. Place it on top of the pumpkin dough. Put the muffin in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 50 minutes. Delicious!
