Step-by-step preparation
- Pour an egg (1 pc.) into a container, add sugar (to taste, or 2-3 tablespoons), salt. Vanillin as desired. The ingredients are beaten with a mixer or a fork.
- Further, oil (3 tbsp.) is poured into the mixture. Immediately add soda (1/4 tsp), extinguish it with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, or put a teaspoon of baking powder directly into the flour (at the cook's choice). Mix the ingredients with a spoon.
- Add 140-160 g of sifted flour and knead the dough.
- Further on the baking paper, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.5 cm. You can make it even thinner , then the liver will be more crispy and not soft.
- Then the dough is cut arbitrarily with a knife. Additionally, nuts or cinnamon are added to the cookies, but this is at the discretion of the cook.
- The cookies are placed in the oven, which is heated to 180 degrees. Bake for ten minutes.
