How to make cream cheese from ordinary ryazhanka: you only need a freezer

So, you need to buy a ryazhenka. If it will be in a cardboard package, very good. Put in the freezer. Leave until completely frozen.
Remove the ryazhanka from the freezer and cut the cardboard. Transfer the ice that has formed to a cloth. Wait for it to thaw. Let it stand over the pan at room temperature. It is recommended to use three layers of cheesecloth.
When everything is ready, throw the cheesecloth in a colander to drain the whey. Place something heavy on top. Let it stand for 6 hours. As a result, you will have home-made tender and delicious cream cheese.
