How to make crispy and fluffy homemade pita bread

If you like lavash in rolls, with meat, or as a base for desserts with custard, you can make them at home. It turns out that it's not that difficult.

In total, you will need the following products:
For the dough: 0.5 l of warm water, 30 g of yeast, 50 g of sugar, 15 g of salt, 1-1.2 kg of flour.
Filling: sausages or sausages, cabbage, carrots, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard.
For frying – 300 g of refined oil.
Dissolve the yeast in warm water with sugar. After 15-20 minutes, add the flour, salt and knead the dough. When it rises (after 40-60 minutes), divide it into 18 parts (90-95 g each).
Then dip your hands in oil and flatten each circle with your hand, 15-20 cm in diameter. The cakes should be thin. Do not add flour so that it does not burn on the pan. Bake in a large amount of oil in a well-heated frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Spread the filling on the hot cakes, roll them up and place them in an enameled dish one on top of the other. This amount of products will make 18 delicious pita breads.
