
How to make “crispy envelopes” from pita bread

You can make a large number of simple but delicious snacks from lavash, for example, crispy envelopes with Korean carrots. They turn out hearty and savory.
Ingredients
- Armenian pita bread – 2 sheets;
- chicken fillet – 600 g;
- cheese – 300 g;
- Korean carrots – 300 g;
- tomatoes – 150 g;
- vegetable oil – 6 tbsp. l.;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper – to taste.
Cooking
- Clean the chicken fillet from the films, rinse, dry with a paper towel, chop finely.
- Grate the cheese on a large grater.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
- Salt and pepper the prepared meat.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of chicken fillet on all sides for 7-10 minutes.
- Place on a plate, cool.
- Prepare the filling. Mix together the Korean carrots, tomatoes, cheese, meat.
- Cut the pita bread sheet into four parts. Place the filling on each and carefully roll it into an envelope.
- Fry in a greased sunflower oil and heated frying pan on both sides until crispy brown.
Serve the crispy Korean-style pita bread envelopes with carrots in portions on a plate, garnished with tomato slices and parsley.
