How to make delicious bulgur pilaf

Pilaf can be made not only from rice. You can replace it with bulgur. The result is an incredibly tasty dish that is very simple and quick to prepare. We share our recipe, read, cook and enjoy.

Recipe:
1 chicken fillet
1 carrot
1 onion
1 cup bulgur
2 cups water
salt
spices for pilaf

Preparation:
Wash and cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Also peel and cut the carrots into cubes and finely chop the onion. Fry the fillet in a pan heated with oil for 5 minutes, add the carrots and onions, fry for another 3-5 minutes.

Then add the bulgur, salt, add spices and pour in water. Cover and cook after boiling over low heat for 25 minutes. Stir and leave covered for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
