How to make delicious cheese soup with chicken

If you like to cook delicious dishes, then cheese soups should be an interesting discovery for you. Thanks to the special texture and taste, such a first course turns out to be extremely interesting. Making soup is easy.
What products do you need to prepare?
- half a kilo of chicken fillet;
- 2-3 celery stalks;
- 400 g of cheese (cheddar is ideal);
- medium-sized onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 1-1.5 liters of broth (chicken is best);
- two cloves of garlic;
- half a liter of low-fat milk;
- a little broccoli (about 100 grams);
- salt and spices to taste;
- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour.
How to cook
First of all, wash the fillet, dry it, and treat it with a mixture of spices and salt, and then fry until cooked in a well-heated frying pan.
Then you need to send the chicken to a plate to cool.
In a separate deep saucepan, first fry the onion, and then add the carrots. A little later, chopped celery is introduced. 1 minute before the vegetables are ready, add the garlic passed through a press.
The flour is roasted in a separate frying pan until it changes color, and then introduced until fried. Pour in the milk and mix the mass.
Then pour in the chicken broth and mix the components again. The cheese must be grated and added to the soup.
Next, it remains to pass the boiled broccoli through a blender and send it to the saucepan. At this stage, the soup must be salted and seasoned.
Finally, add the fried chicken, cut into pieces.
