Cheesecakes are a great dish for a morning meal. This treat is tasty, healthy, and gives you a feeling of satiety for a long time. Cheesecakes also go well with berries, fruits, and various sauces. But not every housewife can make beautiful and airy cheese pancakes. They often settle, fall apart, or turn out hard.
However, if you follow just one simple recipe, the cheesecakes will always be perfect.
Ingredients:
- cheese, 300 g;
- yolk, 1 pc.;
- salt, a pinch;
- sugar, 3 tbsp. l.;
- semolina, 1.5 tbsp. l.;
- starch, 1 tbsp. l.
How to make cheesecakes
The cheese should be mixed with salt, sugar, and yolk. As soon as the mass becomes homogeneous, you can add starch.
After that, the dough should be left for half an hour under the lid.
Then you can shape the cheesecakes. You can bread them with flour.
You can give the workpieces a more even and lush shape using a glass. It is enough to roll the dough under it with rotational movements.
After that, the cheesecakes should be fried in a preheated frying pan with oil.
Then they should be transferred to a baking dish and sent to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. In this case, the dish should be covered with a lid, and after five minutes, remove it and leave the cheesecakes to bake for a few more minutes.
