8 chicken thighs
Sauce:
2 tbsp. l. oil
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
1 tsp. paprika
4 cloves of garlic
Filling:
300 g of champignons
2 onions

Preparation
Remove the bone from the thighs and beat them with a hammer, salt, and rub with dried garlic. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Mix together the oil, paprika, soy sauce, and grated garlic and grease the meat.
Prepare the filling. Peel the champignons, cut into slices, dice the onion, and fry until cooked. Grate the hard cheese and add to the cooled champignons and mix.
Put the filling in portions on the beaten meat, roll up tightly, and prick with a toothpick to hold it in place. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with the remaining sauce and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
