How to make delicious crispy chicken sticks

These delicious sticks can be prepared both for a festive table and on a regular day. We share the recipe, read, cook and enjoy.

Ingredients:
800 g chicken fillet
3 eggs
breadcrumbs
salt, pepper
olive oil
Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into sticks. Beat the eggs separately, add salt and pepper, place the fillets in the beaten egg mixture and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.

Then heat a frying pan with oil, take a piece of fillet, roll in breadcrumbs and place on a frying pan preheated with oil.

Fry over medium heat on both sides.  After that, place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.  Serve with your favorite sauce.
