How to make delicious cutlets using oatmeal

According to this recipe, cutlets always turn out “right” – lush, juicy, soft and tender. And the whole secret is in one ingredient – oatmeal. Previously, they were always added to cutlets, and modern housewives ignore this ingredient in cutlets for no reason.

It is thanks to the flakes that cutlets turn out to be more lush and juicy than ordinary ones.

Preparation

Half a cup of flakes should be soaked in milk for 15-20 minutes so that they swell.

Then the flakes are mixed with minced meat, lightly fried in oil with onions, salted and peppered.

You don't need a loaf in these cutlets. Mix the cutlet mass well and form meatballs.

Fry for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat, and then simmer for 10-15 minutes under the lid until cooked. Delicious!
