Ingredients for the candies:
- milk (3.2-3.5 fat content) – 400 ml;
- starch (potato) – 80 grams;
- rice flour – 40 grams;
- if desired, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar substitute or honey
Preparation:
The recipe is quite simple and does not require any special skills. Place a small saucepan over medium heat, preferably with a non-stick coating. If there is none, grease it with a little oil. Add all the ingredients, put on low heat and stir constantly.
We make sure that the mass begins to thicken and turn into one lump. As soon as this happens, remove it from the stove.
Next, our task is to form all this into candies. To prevent the mass from sticking to your hands, you can grease them with a little oil or the same starch.
That's it! The candies are ready.
Variations of the dish
If desired, the candies can also be dipped in melted dark chocolate. This way we will give them an interesting taste and make the candies even healthier. But the chocolate must be dark and bitter.
In addition, you can add cocoa during cooking for coloring or even more if you want the cocoa to taste good.
It is recommended to eat such candies for breakfast, because despite the fact that they are dietary, due to the starch the candies are quite high in calories, but it will be much better than store-bought sweets. It is advisable to eat them fresh, but they can also be stored in the refrigerator for 1-3 days.
