Products (for 300 ml of mayonnaise):
- apples (medium size) – 3 pieces;
- salt – a teaspoon;
- sugar – a teaspoon;
- mustard – a teaspoon;
- lemon juice (apple cider vinegar) – a teaspoon;
- vegetable oil – 100 ml.

Step-by-step preparation
- Apples are cut into four parts. The core is cut out, the seeds should not get into the mayonnaise, otherwise the dish will be bitter.
- Place the sliced apples in a baking dish and place in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 15 minutes.
- Apples are peeled after baking, and then crushed in a blender. Add salt, sugar, mustard, lemon juice (apple cider vinegar) to the bowl. Add oil as it grinds.
Apple mayonnaise can be served with meat, fish or vegetable dishes. When baked, the sauce provides an appetizing caramel crust.
