400 g chicken liver
1-2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
50 g cognac
a pinch of nutmeg
spices to taste
salt, pepper
150 g butter
150 ml cream
Preparation:
Peel the onion and garlic, chop and fry until golden brown. Add the butter and mix. Then pour in the cognac and evaporate it, stirring constantly.
In the same place before frying, put the chopped liver, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Then blend everything together with a blender.
