2 eggs
200 ml of milk
200 g of flour
60 g of oil
salt to taste
For the filling:
2 melted cottage cheese
2 boiled eggs
mayonnaise
garlic
Preparation:
Wash and cut the liver. Place all the ingredients for the cakes in a deep bowl and beat with a blender until smooth. Fry the pancakes on a pan on both sides.
For the filling, boil the eggs, then rub them on a fine grater together with the curds and garlic. Mix eggs, cheese, garlic until smooth and season with mayonnaise. Spread the filling on the liver pancakes and roll them into rolls. Delicious!
