How to make delicious pies like at the market

The taste of the wonderful pies and belyashes sold at food markets is hard to forget. Since then, they have become a standard of taste, and every housewife has long sought to prepare the same dough at home in the kitchen. The secrets have only been revealed now.
To make the dough, you will need:
- wheat flour (high-grade);
- potato broth;
- boiled potatoes;
- raw chicken egg;
- vegetable oil;
- salt;
- sugar;
- fast-acting yeast.
How to cook
- Sieve the flour, add the yeast, sugar, salt, and mix everything with a whisk.
- In a separate bowl, mix the raw egg and mashed boiled potatoes. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass.
- Pour warm potato broth here, add 1 tablespoon of oil, mix with a blender or fork.
- Now pour flour with yeast into the liquid mixture, preferably in parts. Mix, and then knead the dough with your hands for 10-15 minutes.
- The result should be a smooth, uniform, very soft and slightly sticky dough.
- Transfer it to a bowl greased with oil and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Then knead it and leave it for another 40 minutes.
- You can cover the bowl with cling film or a towel.
- This dough rises very well and increases in volume by about three times.
- For the filling, you can use minced meat, fried cabbage, jam, mushrooms, onions and boiled eggs, as well as all the fillings familiar from childhood.
These pies are most delicious if they are fried in a large amount of oil.
