How to make delicious puff pastry “snails” with any filling

Such “snails” from puff pastry are prepared very simply and quickly, you can put any filling to your taste. This is an ideal snack for the whole family. Read, cook, experiment and enjoy.

You will need:
500 g of puff pastry
1 chicken fillet
seasoning to taste
200 g of hard cheese that you like
olives or black olives to taste
canned corn
3-4 tbsp. l. ketchup
1 egg
salt, pepper, herbs, sesame
oil for frying
Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, salt, pepper, add seasoning to your taste if desired and fry in a pan heated with oil for 8 minutes. For the filling, mix the fried fillet, grated cheese, olives and corn.
Defrost the dough, roll out, spread with ketchup and spread the filling. Then roll tightly and cut into pieces.
Place the “snails” on a baking sheet lined with parchment, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
