150 g of pumpkin puree
30 g of sugar
vanilla sugar
20 g of semolina
flour
1 egg

honey, sour cream, cinnamon

Peel and cut the pumpkin, grease it with butter, sprinkle with sugar and put in the oven to bake. Beat the cheese well with a blender or rub through a sieve. Beat the pumpkin with one yolk and add to the cheese, and also add vanilla, sugar and semolina.
Mix everything and let stand for 15 minutes. The mass should be dense. Form the sausage and cut into equal pieces, then roll each piece in flour, forming cheesecakes.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown. Serve with honey and cinnamon or with sour cream or jam. Enjoy!
