Ingredients for the dough:
300 g flour
125 cold butter
80 g sour cream
1 egg for greasing
a pinch of salt
3 g baking powder
For the filling:
300 g minced chicken
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Add the cubed butter and sour cream. Grind everything into crumbs. Add the yolk and knead the dough. Divide it into 10 parts, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for half an hour.
Add chopped onion and garlic, salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix thoroughly. After that, roll out 1 ball of dough, and let the rest stay in the fridge in the meantime. Cut out circles, you can do this with a cup or a mold.
Spread the filling into each circle with a spoon and shape it into a dumpling. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 25-30 minutes. Delicious!
