How to make delicious shrimp soup

What the products we should prepare for the recipe:

  • about 200 g of shrimp (weight of peeled meat);
  • quality processed cheese (about 200 g);< /li>
  • 3-4 potatoes;
  • 1 small carrot;
  • a small onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • fresh dill and parsley;
  • salt at your discretion;
  • olive or coconut oil for frying.

It is better to buy shrimp in large sizes, because in this case they will give a more intense taste and aroma. First of all, we will prepare the roast.

Finely chop the garlic, chop the onion, grate the carrot.

Traditionally, coconut oil is used for seafood dishes, but you can also use olive oil.

On a pan heated with vegetable oil, we send our vegetables one by one – garlic, onion, carrot.

Pour water or neutral broth (for example, vegetable) into the pan, add cheese and wait for it to dissolve completely. Then we send the potato cubes and cook for about 10 minutes.

We add our vegetables, peeled shrimp, mix and cook for just a few minutes.

Add the required amount of salt, sprinkle dill and parsley on top.< /p>

After switching off, cover with a lid and wait for about half an hour.
