Prepare delicious and healthy rosehip jam will not be difficult. Rosehip fruits are available almost all autumn, starting from August.

Rosehip fruits (1 kg) are separated and the core is cleaned. Transfer the prepared fruits to a pan and add sugar (250-300 g), candied fruit or pieces of orange with peel (200 g), chop vanilla sticks (1-2 pods), put in a pan together with 1 tsp. cardamom.

Add 50 g of water to the mixture and start boiling. Bring the rose hips to a boil over low heat, stirring continuously, cook for 15 minutes and set aside overnight.

Then remove the vanilla sticks and cardamom shells and bring to a boil again, then blend with a blender.
