Ingredients
For 10 servings, you should take room temperature products:
- 1 glass of milk;
- 2 tbsp. sugar;
- 2 tsp. dry yeast;
- 500 g flour;
- 200 g butter;
- 2 eggs.
Dough recipe
You should put yeast and sugar in warm milk. Once the components are mixed, they should be left for 15 minutes. The mixture should infuse.
Next, sift the flour into a separate container and add soft butter. Mix everything better with your hands to get fine crumbs. Then you need to add eggs and milk with yeast.
Then it is advisable to leave the dough in the refrigerator for three hours, it should be dense.
After that, you can form pies and immediately send the blanks to the preheated oven.
