This dish has several names: “egg cloud”, “sun in the clouds”, etc. And it is! Indeed, such a dish turns out incredibly tender and airy, it has a unique, refined and amazing taste.

This preparation will take no more than 10 minutes, and as a result you will get an amazing and delicious dish that you and your loved ones will like.
Wash the chicken eggs (4 pieces) in warm water and carefully wipe the shell. Then dry the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
Put the whites in a container so that it is convenient for you to beat them. Properly beaten whites should resemble foam, similar to an airy soufflé.
Then start the next step. You will need to take 100 g of ham and 60 g of any hard cheese.
The cheese should be grated, and the ham should be finely chopped. Combine these two ingredients with the beaten egg whites.
Now prepare a baking sheet, which you need to grease with oil and line with baking paper. Start spreading the egg white filling on the sheet in small portions, leaving small recesses for the yolks.
Your dish is almost ready, all that remains is to send it to the oven, preheated to 230 degrees, to bake for 2-3 minutes.
During this time, the egg whites will brown and acquire a light golden crust. Remove the cooked airy scrambled eggs from the oven and place one yolk in each recess. The dish should be sent to the oven again for 3 minutes.
